Isabelle Releases her EP “Hug It Out”

Isabelle releases her debut EP “Hug It Out,” offering a deep dive into the emotions and experiences that have shaped her as an artist and a person. With influences from Amy Winehouse and a touch of country, Isabelle takes listeners on a musical journey that resonates deeply.

A Musical Journey from Childhood to Womanhood

Isabelle’s musical journey began in childhood when she learned to play the guitar at eight years old and started writing her own songs at thirteen. In the EP “Hug It Out,” we hear three songs that reflect events and thoughts on love, friendship, and dreams. “These songs were created at different times in my life, and they represent genuine messages that are close to my heart,” Isabelle shares. She emphasizes how music has been a tool for healing and a way to share her personal stories, hoping that listeners can relate and feel less alone.

A Dream Fulfilled

For Isabelle, working on “Hug It Out” was an emotional journey, where she felt that every step in the studio brought her closer to her dream. “It was a powerful feeling to almost visualize little Isabelle in front of me, who always dreamed of sharing her passion for music,” she says. Creating the music in the studio and then hearing the finished product was an incredible experience for Isabelle, and she is grateful for the support from family and friends who have helped her along the way.

A Personal Journey Through Music

One of the most memorable aspects of “Hug It Out” for Isabelle is that her own guitar, a gift she received at 16, is recorded on the EP. “That guitar is a part of me, and it has been with me through all phases of my life,” she explains. The songs on the EP are like a diary for Isabelle, where she reflects on significant events in her life through music. The title track “Hug It Out” is about a deep friendship that ended abruptly, but which Isabelle processes through her music. “Even though we didn’t resolve it in real life, ‘Hug It Out’ is my way of closing that chapter,” she says.

With “Hug It Out,” Isabelle hopes that her story and voice will reach out and that her music can offer comfort and recognition to others. “If I can help one person through a difficult time or period of loneliness with my song, it means the world to me,” she concludes.
