Oliver Zach is back with his new album “Nocturne”, an exciting journey through seven carefully selected tracks that reflect the artist’s unique sound. With a mix of previous favorites and the brand-new song “Would It Even Matter?”, the album offers a musical experience filled with emotion and creativity. A Sound that Captures the Feeling of Freedom

Oliver Zach describes his musical sound as indie rock with strong melodies and catchy choruses. On “Nocturne”, he continues to develop this sound, with each track featuring a well-played instrumental foundation combined with clear and emotional vocals. The new track on the album, “Would It Even Matter?”, was born during a creative evening that Oliver describes as something of an epiphany. “I’ve recently had some trouble writing songs that I really like, but this time it just clicked suddenly,” says Oliver. The result is a song that blends seamlessly with the rest of the album, creating a cohesive whole that invites the listener into a world of feelings and thoughts.

The Creation of “Would It Even Matter?”

The creation of the new song began spontaneously when Oliver sat down one evening with his guitar and let the music flow freely. Despite previous challenges in writing new material, the song came together in a natural and relaxed way. “Sometimes I go through periods where I can’t write any good music, and it becomes easy to force creativity, which rarely leads to anything good,” Oliver explains. But this time was different. The lyrics and melody came together in a way that felt right, and soon the song was complete. “I like how the song turned out in the end,” says Oliver, explaining how the new track smoothly integrated with the rest of the album.

A Memorable Project

The production of “Nocturne” has been an exciting and educational journey for Oliver. Working with both older songs and creating something new gave him a unique experience. “It’s been a really fun project to work on,” he says, emphasizing how the process of remixing older tracks and recording the new song brought new insights and a deeper understanding of his own music. When he finally held the finished product in his hands, the feeling of pride and satisfaction was palpable. “It’s a really nice and proud feeling you get when you’re done with a song and have the result to listen to,” he shares. Now, Oliver looks forward to releasing the album and letting fans experience “Nocturne” in its entirety, and he’s eager to hear what listeners think of the new track.
