“Inte Idag” – A song about joy, friendship, and summer vibes
“We wanted to capture that moment when you just let go and enjoy the present. Creating this song together was magical.”
– Simon Forslund
A song born from friendship and longing
After a long winter, the inspiration for Inte Idag came on a summer evening in the studio, surrounded by friends and music. The song embodies that liberating feeling of realizing you’ve made it through yet another winter and that summer is finally ahead. From the very first note, it was clear that this would be an uplifting, energetic song celebrating life and friendship.

Music that captures the feeling of summer and freedom
For a song to be released, it has to feel just right and Inte Idag was no exception. Every detail in the production, from the vocals to the instrumentation, was carefully refined to create a track that you want to play on repeat.
“I’m very selective about which songs I release. I need that gut feeling that tells me I want to listen to it over and over again—and we definitely achieved that with this one!” says Simon. One of the song’s highlights is the final chorus, where all the friends sing together in a choir, creating a sense of pure euphoria. The piano also plays a key role, adding extra warmth and making the track even more special.
Expectations for the release
Beyond the song itself, a carefully crafted music video and engaging social media content will be released, perfectly complementing the track’s energy and vibe. With Inte Idag, the artist aims to spread joy and encourage listeners to embrace life’s bright moments—even if just for a day.
