KMR Studios is both a place (our studio in Uppsala City) and a community (a gathering of artists, musicians, and collaborators). Our goal is to assist and be a part of the journey as artists realize their dreams. What does the internship offer?

We offer the opportunity to gain insight and be involved in practical work within the music industry – with the possibility of continued collaboration after the internship period. We welcome interns in the fields of music, marketing, and design.

What are we looking for in the intern?

What we are looking for are humble, proactive, and ambitious interns who can provide support in the projects we have with our artists. The work can range from editing vocals and music production to managing social media and editing images. You are also at least 20 years old and possess a driver’s license.

Specific requirements for the intern.

Music:
The minimum requirements we have for prospective interns in music production, mixing, or mastering are; You work in Logic Pro X (at least 3 years of experience), have a Melodyne license (and experience using the tool).
 
Graphic Design:
If you’re applying for an internship related to graphic design (image/video), you need to have access to Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and Lightroom.
 
Web:
If you’re seeking an internship related to web design/development or similar areas, we expect a certain understanding of the field you want to delve into.
