”Let Me Be Free” is a song with a message that many will be able to relate to. Based on the unrest and cruelties taking place in the world, Heléne Hellmon hopes that the song can inspire and empower others. Increased understanding of everyone’s right to freedom over their own lives. 

”Human rights have always engaged me greatly. As well as the right to be free to live one’s life and be who one wants to be.

What I’m most looking forward to is sharing my message and my opinion on this.”

Heléne Hellmon is passionate about writing lyrics that are open to interpretation and where every individual can feel included in the music. The idea is for the listener to have the opportunity to apply their feelings and their own situation to the song. The music studio has become a sanctuary for Heléne where she has had the space to create music together with us at KMR. The lyrics are written at home and then taken to our studio where she works on the music with producer Rasmus Bilow. We at Killander Music Records present ”Let Me Be Free” by Heléne Hellmon, which will be released on all streaming platforms on January 13, 2023.
