Music release is one of the few services we have chosen to keep exclusively for the artists we work with. There’s a good reason for that. We don’t want to be a company that produces products. We want to offer memorable experiences. And to provide a premium experience beyond what you can expect from a record company, for that we need time to get to know both you and your music.

Conditions for Releasing Music via KMR
- KMR Studios must have been involved in at least one part of the creative process; recording, mixing, and/or mastering
We are selective about the artists we choose to support and release. So when you submit your application, be sure to include information about yourself as an artist, your music, and also a link so we can listen to the song/s you want to release. Please also include any other services you would like assistance with besides the release.

What’s Included in a Music Release?
Promotion
Our basic promotion package provides you with all the essential support you need to get your music noticed in the right places. It includes:
- Graphic Design: Cover images, profile pictures, Spotify Canvas video, and social media content.
- Press & Marketing: Creation of an artist profile and press-release published on KMR’s website, as well as pitching to major platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Sveriges Radio P4.
- Visibility on KMR’s Channels: The song is added to our playlists, and we actively share information about your release both before and after launch via social media and our website.
- EPK & Press Material: We create an EPK (Electronic Press Kit) for your release, giving you the freedom to share it with media, platforms, and collaborators.
This package is perfect for artists seeking professional support with their releases, without exceeding their budget.
Promotion+
For those looking to take it a step further, we offer our Promotion+ package, where we combine graphic design and marketing with exclusive video production:
Photo Studio & Video Production: We offer a full day of photography and video production for your release.
Marketing & Ad Campaigns: We help optimize your YouTube channel, create ad campaigns, and pitch your music to local radio stations to maximize reach.
Enhanced Visibility: We optimize and strengthen your social media presence with professional videos and reels, as well as tailored content for shareability.
This package is perfect for artists who want a complete marketing solution with high-quality visual material and effective visibility.
Add-On – Music Video & Content Production:
For those looking to take their marketing a step further, we offer an exclusive add-on, where we combine professional video production and tailored content to enhance your release:
Music Video & Photo Studio: A full day (6 hours) of photography and a more extensive video production tailored for your upcoming release. Everything is filmed in one day, with editing taking place over two full days, including free revisions.
Complementary Content: In addition to the music video, photos, and reels, we also create extra content that can be used both before and after your release – all aimed at maximizing engagement on your social channels and ensuring long-term visibility.
This add-on is perfect for artists who want to make the most of their marketing efforts and create professional material that strengthens both the release and long-term presence.
Administration
Administrative services are included in all packages*
- Help with creating an account at STIM and SAMI
- Registration with IFPI (ISRC code), STIM (songwriter rights), and SAMI (musician rights)
- Upload of release to our distributor Kontor New Media for proper registration
- Ensuring correct meta-data and synchronization of lyrics (Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram)
- Checking the audio file format (Spotify, Apple Music)
- Creation of a press release and artist biography
- Exposure on our website (artists, songs, and releases on catalog pages)
- A “Save-it” page

If you book time in Studio A or services in mixing, mastering, post-production, Dolby Atmos, and larger music projects, you’ll be working with Filip Killander. With extensive experience working closely with artists and bands, he not only brings his expertise but also creates a safe and inspiring work atmosphere in the studio.
