On November 26, Sandra Rozén releases her new song “Vad du gör med mig” (translated: What You Do to Me) at KMR Studios! The song takes us into the feeling of total infatuation and being consumed by love.
Sandra Rozén always starts from herself and her own life when writing music. The stories are her own, and the lyrics reflect her experiences and emotions, which is also true for this song. This time, Sandra was about to put the idea for the song aside and start something new when she was pushed to continue. After the melody of the song began to take shape, Sandra got new ideas for the lyrics, and the writer’s block finally disappeared. The result is a multi-voiced and energetic pop song about infatuation and sparkling love!
“Recording with Filip at KMR has always felt safe, good, and a lot of fun. I write and sing solely for myself, and with KMR’s help, I can be myself and work towards a good result. I was almost about to put this song aside for a while and start something new instead. When it was time to record the vocals, I didn’t have the entire lyrics ready, and I didn’t feel prepared at all. With KMR’s help, we could explore new paths and finalize the lyrics and record the vocals as planned. So thank you, KMR!”
