KMR Studios at Stockholm Music Week
Stockholm Music Week, taking place April 22–29 in the Slakthusområdet, is a new industry and cultural event that brings together the entire music industry over the course of one week. The aim is to share knowledge, create new collaborations, and drive innovation within the music world.
We at KMR Studios are pleased to announce that Filip Killander will be leading a panel discussion on Dolby Atmos together with other music experts. The talk will be held at BAR15 in Slakthusområdet on Saturday, April 25 at 18:00–18:45. Admission is free, but registration is required.

Fryshuset Musik will be hosting a full-day program at BAR15, with participants including Marshall, Amuse, Dolby, and the Tim Bergling Foundation. There will also be live performances from Kajsa Åkeflo and Wesley Teodoro X Dedido. In addition to inspiration and talks, Fryshuset will offer competitions and opportunities to network with both industry professionals and fellow music enthusiasts. All ages are welcome!
What is Stockholm Music Week?
Stockholm Music Week is a new international meeting place for the music industry, tech sector, public sector, and academia, where all come together to develop and create new opportunities within the field. By bringing together players from across the music world—from artists and record labels to tech companies and researchers—on a shared platform, Stockholm Music Week aims to strengthen Sweden’s position as one of the world’s leading music nations.
A week full of opportunities
Throughout the week, a wide-ranging program is expected, including conferences, panel discussions, keynote speakers, workshops, and live performances. The event will offer a world-class platform for networking and knowledge exchange. With major partners such as Spotify, Universal Music Group, Sony Music Sweden, Warner Music Sweden, YouTube, and Dolby, Stockholm Music Week is a natural meeting place for the music industry.
Stockholm Music Week will conclude with the Grammis Awards, Sweden’s largest music awards ceremony, bringing together the entire music industry to celebrate the year’s top achievements.
